Position Overview :
We are hiring for a PMO Lead to establish and oversee project management practices across Passes. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives, optimizing processes, and driving organizational alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager, strategic thinker, and an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a company-wide project management framework to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analyses of key strategic questions and use data-driven approaches to support decision-making across a range of topics, including product analysis, financial planning, and market research.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate frequently with stakeholders across functions (engineering, product, partnerships, finance) to prioritize and align initiatives with company goals.
- Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and organizational performance.
- Conduct regular project status updates and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks that could impact project outcomes.
