Job Description:
- Intake and set up of new patients
- Process new aide hiring
- Collect all required paperwork
- Review documentation
- Audit file for compliance
- Communicate with patient and aid when needed
- Address client or caregiver issues as they arise
- Various other Intake duties as assigned
