OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are : for God, for people, for the city, and for the world . To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Passion Equip team by exporting social and long-form content across internal and external platforms. The ideal candidate values both the creative and administrative aspects of content creation, demonstrating a commitment to quality, timeliness, and teamwork. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Assist in preparing and exporting content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and style.
- Draft and edit copy to accompany video content, aligning with brand voice and target audience preferences.
- Organize and manage video files and finalized content within the Passion Equip content structure, maintaining a well-structured digital library for easy access and reference.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop engaging, platform-specific content ideas.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, providing ideas on content and discussing creative ideas for exporting.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing metrics to gauge content performance, reporting findings to the team to inform future content strategy.
- Champion the export process of video content under the supervision of the Content Producer.
