Job Summary:
The Human Resource Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, handling HR documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including answering employee queries, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientations, and ensuring all documentation is completed.
Policy and Documentation: Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures, and ensure the distribution of new policies to employees.

Qualifications:
