Job Summary:

The Human Resource Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, handling HR documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including answering employee queries, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientations, and ensuring all documentation is completed.

Policy and Documentation: Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures, and ensure the distribution of new policies to employees.

Compliance: Ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the HR team.

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is recommended.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR. Not Required. We will train.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
