Teacher's Assistant/Floater

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to support our educators in creating a positive and productive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for education. This role involves assisting in classroom activities, managing student behavior, and contributing to lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Support students with their academic tasks, including Math and other subjects.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
• Provide support in organizing educational materials and resources for lessons.
• Assist with the care of toddlers or younger children as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons for diverse learning needs.
• Participate in classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior among students.

Skills

• Experience working with students in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
• Ability to educate and engage children effectively in various subjects.
• Proficient in classroom management skills to maintain order and focus during lessons.
• Knowledge of toddler care practices is beneficial for working with younger children.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
