Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client care schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Schedule home health care visits for clients, including coordinating with healthcare providers, caregivers, and clients to arrange appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients schedules, changes, and cancellations in the scheduling system.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to confirm appointments, address scheduling issues, and provide necessary information.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that client care needs are met and that scheduling conflicts are resolved promptly.
- Monitor and track the availability of caregivers and adjust schedules as needed to ensure coverage and meet client needs.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling, client care, and service availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to scheduling and client care.
- Prepare and submit reports on scheduling metrics, including client visit frequencies, caregiver utilization, and other relevant data.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably within the home health care or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
