As a Personnel Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients and caregivers into our programs, enabling them to receive the care they require.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, recruiting, or HR preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicaid Waiver programs and their eligibility criteria is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, caregiver, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to accurately collect and record caregiver and employee information.
- Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrate the ability to empathize with caregivers while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess caregiver needs and triage them if needed.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and MS Office suite. Willingness and ability to use mobile applications.
- Ethical Standards: Maintain a high level of integrity, adhering to ethical standards and HIPPA confidentiality guidelines.
- Recruiting: Schedule and oversee orientations for all incoming employees to ensure that all regulatory and Passion to Care required items have been obtained.
- Communication and Collaboration: Oversee collaboration between Passion to Care leadership, Intake agents, and employees for expirations, initiatives, and new hires plans.
- Relationships: Create and maintain positive relationships with current caregivers, employees, and office staff.
- Reporting: Attending meetings and collaborating with the Operations Manager on recruiting and compliance metrics such as expirations, evaluations, in-services, and new hire requirements.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver/client documentation within designated systems.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on program guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance during the hiring process.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of roles within the office.
- Training: Understand, attend, and participate in all training, SOPs, and other learning activities that arise.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
