515 GROUPS COORDINATOR
Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of the 515 Community Groups Coordinator is to help build Passion City Church by working alongside the Community Groups Team. The 515 Community Groups Coordinator will assist and serve these teams and provide support where needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, prepping, sorting and organizing all needs within the Community Team working with Door Holder's for coordination and execution of all plans.
- Identifying recruiting Connect Group Leaders and ensuring that the onboarding process is smooth for the new leaders.
- Present actively participating in all gatherings and being visible on Sundays to help people find their place at Passion City Church.
- Managing a systematic process to ensure people of our House get plugged into a Connect Group or other rooms of our House.
- Coordinate leader trainings and one-on-ones to equip leaders logistically and spiritually.
- Collaborate with the Community Teams across all ATL locations with any special projects throughout the year (CG Socials, After Parties, Community Group Leadership Nights, etc.).
- Communicating with leaders on a regular basis and managing team correspondence.
