Monday: 10:00am-3:00pm (Companion)

We are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team and provide long-term care and support to patients in their homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. They will also be responsible for providing transportation to appointments and errands, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health, school, outpatient or other related fields. *Please DO NOT APPLY if all you want to do is be on the cellphone!*
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the primary care provider.
- Assist with ambulation and transfers.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities as needed.
- Provide education to patients and families about disease processes, treatments, and self-care management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
