The Role
We are seeking a Campaign Project Manager to oversee, organize, and optimize our influencer, brand, and event campaigns. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, meeting revenue targets, and achieving internal KPIs. Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management
Plan, organize, and execute influencer, brand, and event campaigns to meet company goals and KPIs.
Ensure all campaigns are tracked and performance metrics are monitored, analyzed, and optimized for success.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, as well as external stakeholders such as influencers and brands.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI while maintaining high-quality execution.
Maintain organized campaign records, timelines, and deliverables. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and insights for continuous improvement.
Identify potential challenges in campaign execution and develop proactive solutions to address them.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brands, and event partners to drive ongoing collaboration.
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in project management or campaign management within the entertainment, lifestyle, B2B, or consumer technology industries.
Exceptional ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency with project management and campaign tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across teams and with external partners.
A knack for innovative solutions and ideas to make campaigns stand out.
Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
