PassPass is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Market Development Representative to spearhead business growth by acquiring new business partners and selling PUSH Deals—our exclusive monthly membership program for premier partners. This role is crucial in expanding our footprint by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with businesses that align with the PassPass platform. The MDR will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Partner Success Management (PSM) team for long-term success.

The Role

The MDR will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Partner Success Management (PSM) team for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business partners to join the PassPass network.
- PUSH Deals Sales: Sell and onboard businesses into the PUSH Deals program, ensuring they understand the benefits of becoming premier partners.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking lead status, deals closed, and pipeline progress.
- Partner Handoff: Work closely with the PSM team to ensure a smooth transition of newly signed partners, setting them up for long-term success.
- Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute market-specific strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking progress through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience: Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- CRM Proficiency Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for tracking sales activity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship Building: Ability to foster strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and quickly adapt to changing market dynamics.
