In addition to summer camps, Passport also produces a devotional website and app, d365, offering daily devotions throughout the year.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Birmingham, AL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality customer service within Passport Camps.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Team Management skills
- Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
- Budgeting expertise to manage financial resources effectively
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a camp or ministry setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Contract Negotiation skills
- Strong alignment with Passport’s mission and values.
