Job Summary:
The Implementations Agent is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our software. This role involves providing technical support, training, and project management to facilitate client adoption and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in System Setup and Configuration
- Help build client environments and configure system settings
- Support the integration of third-party systems
- System Testing and Quality Assurance
- Perform testing and quality assurance of configured solution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise
- Document client specifications and testing outcomes
- Support Project Management Tasks
- Assist in creating and managing project timelines and schedules
- Help track project progress and identify potential roadblocks
- Support communication and coordination between internal teams
- Client Training and Support
- Assist in training clients on software functionality
- Help develop user guides and training materials
- Provide transitional support to clients post-go-live
