Overview

As the Business Development Manager for Passport Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth within the casino gaming industry. Your focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and promoting our cutting-edge software and hardware solutions to casinos. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of casino operations and a proven track record in business development.

Our Business Development Managers are expected to :

  • Identify and target potential clients within the casino gaming industry, including casinos and resorts.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Research and understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align software and hardware offerings with customer requirements and industry demands.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, showcase products, and gather market intelligence.
  • Travel to meet with clients, present product demonstrations, and facilitate business discussions as necessary

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) preferred.
  • Proven track record (5 years) of successful business development and sales within the casino gaming or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and trends in casino software and hardware.
  • Strong network of contacts within the casino gaming industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and overcome challenges.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
