Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-centric Part-Time Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a love for working with people, and a strong sense of responsibility. As a Part-Time Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and lead a small team of associates.

Job Description

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or inquiries
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new stock
• Maintain store visual merchandising to ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing
• Promote a positive store environment and encourage teamwork among employees
• Handle cash register transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed consistently

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, with experience in a leadership or management role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion and sustainability
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
