Duties

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Upsell products by demonstrating features and benefits during product demos to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized to provide a pleasant shopping experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus, as well as familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
