Pat's Offroad, Inc is an oilfield service company working in the Williston, ND area. We are avidly searching for Equipment Operators to join our team immediately!
Specific Responsibilities
- Operate various field equipment
- Complete safety forms (JSAs, Permits, etc.)
- Use power tools and hand tools
- Clean pickup trucks, field equipment, etc. as needed
- Communicate with management via company apps about equipment, field info, etc.
- Maintain organized parts and tools.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Some mechanical aptitude
- Availability for late shifts and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Clean, organized work habits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electronic communication (smartphones, apps, etc.)
- The ability to lift 25-100 lbs
- The capability for repetitive tasks (bending, standing, lifting, etc)
- An attention to detail
- Proper safe work behavior
- Good morale character and team player attitude
- A dedication and commitment to team focus goal
All candidates are required to pass a pre-employment urinalysis, motor vehicle check for driving company pickup trucks, and background screen. Must have reliable transportation to shop location in Williston, ND.
