Job Title: Trims Specialist Reports to: Trims Supervisor Location: Reno, NV Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7am-3:30pm COVID-19 Vaccinations: Patagonia requires all employees to demonstrate proof of receiving a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of their employment. General Summary The job of the Trims Specialist is to match necessary raw materials required for the repair of customers’ Patagonia product. This includes matching raw materials and trims to the Patagonia product, data entry, and filling trims orders to be shipped to other locations. The Trims Specialist role is a significant part of the repair service allowing us to complete customer repairs on-site, send raw materials to customers for DIY repair, as well as support 3rd party repair locations. What You’ll Do Tasks Unload incoming raw materials and receive them into inventory Assist in put-away of new raw materials to rack locations Package and ship raw material orders Perform put-away excess fabric and trims after repair Ensure that trims are picked for incoming garments each day Ensure dirty garments are laundered before trims are pulled Fill trims requests for outside repair facilities and customers in a timely fashion.
