Summary
PATCH is seeking an individual to ensure families' accuracy and completion of families/LE provider's paperwork.

?Monday ? Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional nights and weekends as needed.
Equipment Use: Computer and standard office equipment.
Mental, Physical and Communication Demands:
Requires relating to people in a friendly and professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires excellent computer and typing ability and attention to detail. Requires working under minimal supervision.
Must be organized and able to pay close attention to detail and requires working to establish procedures and being prompt and on time.
Must be willing to travel to various locations for outreach events or community meetings.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 pounds.

Duties
Essential Duties:
- Maintain close coordination with Department?s child care subsidy offices, including FTW to ensure consumer education services are provided.
- Review documents submitted by family and LE providers for accuracy.
- Following up with family/LE providers on any missing info
- Responsible for front desk or office coverage.
- Enter data and forms in the DHS workload management program, the DHS child care system to record (HANA), and the DHS Electronic Case File (ECF) system as applicable to manage both hard copy and electronic child care applications.
- Keep R&R manager updated on available subsidy opportunity for families.
- Update WLS LE provider info
- Warm hand off to CCR&R Specialist if family is looking for child care.
- Assist and support R&R Team
Other Duties:
- Connects families and providers with other community resources that can assist them.
- Identifies, plans and attends outreach events and participates in marketing activities to promote PATCH?s services.
- Researches, adds, and updates any additional resources to parent or provider information packets after reviewing with Manager.
- Performs other duties as necessary.

- Requires basic knowledge of customer service and oral communication skills.
- Requires computer and typing ability.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
- Knowledge of parenting and child care issues.
- Knowledge of the state?s child care licensing requirements is preferred.
- Degree in early childhood education or related, preferred.
- Experience as a case management experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working with parents is preferred.
