Patch Pros, Lincoln's premier drywall patch company, is looking for a Service Manager.
The Service Manager's primary responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, setting up sales appointments, scheduling service calls, sales calls/on-site appointments, and creating cost estimates and proposals.
The Service Manager will:
Participate in hiring process for Service Team, train new staff in procedures
Manage daily operations of the Service Department
Supervise and delegate service technicians
Assist technicians with company policies and procedures
Determine scheduling priorities, scope of work, estimated labor hours and materials of all service work
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Detail oriented - quality and precision focused
Strong communication and analytical skills
Work well with other people
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Computer experience: Microsoft Office, Windows, etc. Ability to learn estimating software
Knowledge of residential construction procedures and processes
Drywall experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time, M-F 7am-5pm
