What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Closer position at Patch Reef Title Co., Inc.?
We are a large Title Company with two of our offices located in Port St. Lucie and Stuart. We have a couple of openings for experienced Real Estate Closers/Paralegals in those locations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling real estate closings from start to finish. Responsibilities include client communications, clearing title requirements, preparing closing documents, coordinating CD requirements with lenders and conducting closings. High salary and excellent benefit package including employee paid health insurance.
