Job description

Must be able to interview in person in our Pueblo West Office.
Experience in Underground Utility, Water & Sewer Mainline functions.
We currently have immediate openings for Backhoe and Excavator operators. Candidates must know how to perform a safety inspection to verify equipment is safe to operate. Communicate any concerns or improperly operating equipment to foreman, superintendent or equipment manager.**
- Clean cab and undercarriage daily
- Assist in setting line / grade of excavation if necessary.
- Be able to recognize changing ground conditions during
- Assist in restoring the excavation site back to original condition.
- Assist ground employees and other equipment operators as needed to ensure a quality product.

- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess and maintain a valid State issued Driver s License. Able to receive and maintain a favorable Local Background Check (LBC), National Agency Check (NAC) and negative drug screen as applicable to the position requirements, current and future.
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years with underground utilities.
- SECONDARY DUTY: Other duties as assigned by the Foreman and / or Superintendent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
