Dental Office Administrator/Patient Care Coordinator -
Great Opportunity - Progressive, private dental practice is seeking a dependable professional to join our team as our office administrator. Our focus is to provide the best customer service and experience for our patients while working together in a supportive environment. We are a well-established and a well-respected small office providing all phases of general dentistry, including surgical, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.
Our office administrator is responsible and trained for ALL day-to-day administrative operations from welcoming patients, scheduling, understanding insurance eligibility/benefits, presenting treatment plans, review/answer emails, voicemails, patient feedbacks, collecting payments, communicate with specialty offices as needed, and provide other supportive office duties such as recruiting and other responsibilities. Majority of our operations are automated and simplified, including billing, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and an ability to MULTITASK is A MUST!

- Has a working knowledge of a dental/medical office (dentistry would be preferred - compensated accordingly), however not necessary for a fast and a curious learner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service
- Welcome patients and maintain provider daily schedules..
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and other communication modalities professionally.(involves face to face communication)
- Lead daily meetings
- Collect payments at check-out and maintain AR.
- Maintain professional environment at all times.
Days/Hours:
Monday-Thursday (7:45am to 5:15pm), Some Fridays
