Patera Landscaping is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our landscape design and installation team, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications, inquiries, and updates regarding their landscape projects.
- Financial Management: Handle the collection of project deposits and final payments, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
- Message Relay: Efficiently communicate client needs, feedback, and preferences to the landscape designers and installation teams.
- Project Coordination: Keep clients informed about project timelines, changes, and progress, even if you're not physically on-site.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within the landscaping, construction, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management or CRM software is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with financial transactions.
- A passion for landscaping and enhancing outdoor spaces is beneficial.
