Patera Landscaping is seeking a Tree Farm Foreman to oversee daily operations at our tree farm. If you have a passion for horticulture, strong leadership skills, and experience in tree care and farm management, this is your opportunity to take the lead in cultivating high-quality trees for landscapes across the region!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & Manage – Supervise a team in the care, planting, and harvesting of trees.
✅ Tree Care & Maintenance – Oversee watering, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
✅ Operate & Maintain Equipment – Use tractors, skid steers, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.
✅ Inventory & Quality Control – Monitor tree health, maintain accurate records, and ensure trees meet quality standards.
✅ Project Coordination – Plan and oversee farm tasks, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
✅ Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety protocols and best practices for a productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
➕ 3 years of experience in tree farming, nursery operations, or related field.
➕ Leadership skills – Ability to manage and motivate a team.
➕ Knowledge of tree species, planting techniques, and pest management.
➕ Experience operating farm equipment and irrigation systems.
➕ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
➕ Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
➕ Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
