Responsibilities:
✅ Lead & Inspire – Supervise and manage a crew of landscaping pros on exciting hardscape projects.
✅ Craft with Precision – Install paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements with an eye for detail.
✅ Master the Tools – Safely operate and maintain hardscaping equipment to ensure efficiency.
✅ Client-Focused – Communicate with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction.
✅ Stay on Track – Manage project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule.
✅ Problem-Solver – Tackle challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

What You Bring:
✦ 3 years of hands-on hardscaping experience – Expertise in paver patios & retaining walls.
✦ Equipment proficiency – Confident in operating hardscape tools and machinery.
✦ Valid driver’s license – A must for getting to job sites.

✦ Blueprint reading ability – Understand and execute landscape designs with precision.
