Primary Focus:
- Personality-Driven Outreach:
- Actively engaging in door-to-door canvassing to introduce our landscaping services directly to potential clients and partners.
- Conducting cold calls to generate leads, demonstrating a charismatic and persuasive communication style.
- Managing email marketing campaigns, creating engaging content to keep our brand at the forefront of clients' minds.
- Client Reach and Engagement:
- Leveraging a personable approach to increase client interaction through various digital and traditional platforms.
- Utilizing social media to promote the business, connect with potential clients, and share success stories.
- Tracking engagement metrics to continually refine and personalize outreach strategies.
- Industry Networking:
- Identifying new builders, contractors, architects, or other potential business partners through proactive outreach, including personal visits, calls, and targeted emails.
- Building and maintaining relationships through a mix of in-person meetings, virtual interactions, and consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborating with industry contacts for mutual business growth, possibly through joint projects or referral systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Employing a mix of digital and direct outreach methods to generate new business leads.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new local market opportunities to tailor outreach efforts.
- Content Creation: Developing compelling content for emails, social posts, and physical marketing materials that reflect our brand's personality and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on direct and digital outreach strategies including cold calling and door-to-door sales.
- Must possess an outgoing, personable nature with a willingness to go out in the field to meet people face-to-face.
- Knowledge of the landscaping industry or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and adjusting strategies on the fly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written for engaging emails and verbal for persuasive sales conversations.
Skills:
- Proficient with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar services.
- Experience with social media marketing tools and analytics.
- SEO and content marketing knowledge to enhance online visibility.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) system experience for tracking interactions and follow-ups.
