Job Description: As the Receptionist at Patera Landscaping, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. You will manage busy phone lines, schedule out several different designers days, and work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments for clients.
- Assist in coordinating with landscaping teams and other departments.
- Maintain and manage appointment calendars and scheduling systems.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, reporting and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Apple/Microsoft OS, Google and willingness to learn other systems needed.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and manage a busy workload.
- Friendly, personable demeanor with a professional attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
