• Foster an inviting, growth-oriented classroom environment for Academic and Character formation, supporting holistic student growth
• Implement a classically-inspired, inquiry-based, rigorous curriculum aligned with national and state standards, inspiring curiosity, depth of insight, and lifelong learning readiness. Implement innovative teaching strategies that resonate with diverse learners.
• Provide individual and group instruction designed to meet individual needs and motivate students.
• Establish and maintain classroom management required to achieve effective participation in all activities.
• Evaluate academic and social growth of students and keep appropriate records.
• Communicate with parents through a variety of means.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in education or a similar field.
• NJ teaching credentials with the appropriate endorsement.
• 1 years of experience working as a Middle School Social Science Teacher.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
