- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Possession of current teaching certification as an elementary school teacher required.
- Relevant urban, elementary teaching experience with demonstrated student results (preferred).
- Special Education credential and experience (highly desirable).
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
