- Appropriate New Jersey Elementary Teacher Certification
- Bilingual/Bicultural and ESL Certification
- Knowledge of the NJSLS, and Common Core Standards

- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
- Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others
