Qualifications
- Must hold appropriate Middle School ELA certification
- Knowledge of ELA standards
- Evidence of experience workign with gifted learners/high performing learners in the classroom (preferred)
- Have the ability to engage and motivatge students in learning
- Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards, mandated state testing
- Excellent classroom management
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
