Qualifications :
- Must hold NJ Principals Certification
- Knowledgeable of New Jersey Student Learning Standards for Grades 9-12
- Knowledgeable of NJSLA and NJGPA Assessments in ELA and Math
- Knowledgeable of the CTE Pathways for Business, Construction Trades, Education, etc.
- Able to work collaboratively with Administrative and Leadership Team as well as Community Stakeholder Groups
- Able to observe and evaluate effective instruction and support teachers needs
- Able to support student academic, attendance, behavioral and social emotional needs using positive reinforcement
