Role
As an Equipment Service Technician (also known as Mechanical Technician, Technical Service Engineer), you'll work remotely, primarily within hospitals, troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment used in surgical procedures. You'll also provide installation support on complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic units. Your role will include managing your time effectively, working with cross-functional teams, and providing customers with information, pricing, and repair options.

- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of work experience, including 2 years in a mechanical/technical role. Associates degree or related certifications in technical/mechanical area, competitive equipment training or related military experience may be considered towards technical experience requirement.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet all required background and physical assessment elements to obtain and maintain existing and new vendor credentialing requirements.
- Experience in HVAC repair, Mechanics, Maintenance, Refrigeration, Boilers, Chillers, Equipment Repair, Diesel and Automotive Repair, Aviation Repair, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
- Proficiency in HVAC, Commercial Plumbing, Construction Equipment Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Repair, Equipment Troubleshooting, Electrical Schematics, Facilities Maintenance Experience, HVAC/R Systems, Refrigeration Systems, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Pneumatics Experience, 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems, Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance, Electrical Systems Diagnostics & Repair, Vehicle Electronics & Computer Controls, Commercial Electrical Expertise, Electrical Troubleshooting, Electrical Repair, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
- Experience with Diesel engine, HVAC Systems, Refrigeration/Cooling Systems, Voltage Detector, Multimeter.
