What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at Path Environmental Technology LLC?
We are seeking an Electrician to join our team!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, repair replace electrical equipment (i.e., switches, receptacles, circuits etc.)
- Identify problems in electrical systems and repair or replace them
- Maintain equipment and conduct routine maintenance procedures
- Perform quality assurance checks on products
- Keep inventory of equipment and supplies
- Update records on procedures, policies etc. and ensure they are implemented correctly throughout the organization
- Perform blueprints reading etc. with minimal supervision (if necessary)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
- Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
- Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of equipment and tools.
- Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
- Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate in Electrical Wiring or comparable experience required
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints, schematics, and sketches
- Has a clear understanding of the latest edition of the NEC
- Able to work overtime
- Must be dependable, driven, detail-orientated
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must pass a pre-employment screening
