Salary: $ 50,000 – $ 65,000 (depending on experience), $150 monthly remote stipend for phone and internet ($1,800 annual)
Bonus: Year-end annual bonus ranging up to 15% of your base salary, based on company profitability and your performance for the year.

Job Summary:
You will play a critical role in managing and processing insurance claims related to our services, primarily for fire damage claims. This role requires excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills to work closely with insurance adjusters, insureds, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and insureds to gather necessary information and create estimates.
- Update various CRM systems regularly to ensure all project data is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate effectively with clients and adjusters to resolve any issues related to claims.
- Assist in negotiations with insurance companies regarding claim settlements.
- Provide timely updates to all stakeholders throughout the claims process.
- Previous experience coordinating and scheduling appointments is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing, preferably in restoration or property damage claims.
- Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office products experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and TPA (Third Party Platforms).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to undergo a criminal background check prerequisite.
