Job Description
We are seeking talented representatives to join our team in the picturesque town of Sanbornton, nestled amidst 500 acres of beautiful New England forests and stunning views of Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Winnisquam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process an average of 20-25 calls per hour.
- Deliver scripted calls and utilize sales steps to close.
- Convey excitement and knowledge of the area to customers.
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls as distributed.
- Requires basic computer skills, including email and phone usage, with the ability to multitask tabs and note customer records.
Compensation:
Hourly base pay starts at $15 per hour, increasing to $16 after 6 months, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Junior Agents can earn $16-$18 per hour, while Senior Agents can earn $24 per hour.
