Asset Manager - Hotel / Senior Living Background
We are looking for a full-time Asset Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or senior living management and experience with asset management principles.
The primary responsibility of the Asset Manager will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. This includes managing the budget, hiring and firing staff, and ensuring that the properties are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Asset Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing long-term plans for the properties. This includes identifying potential areas for improvement, developing strategies to increase revenue, and managing the capital improvement budget.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or senior living management. Experience with asset management principles is essential.
