- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications for safety.
- Provide strategies for managing arthritis, neurological conditions, or cognitive impairments.
- Train caregivers on assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas.
- Experience in geriatric care or home health preferred.
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and home safety modifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach.
