Pathfinder Inspections and Field Services is seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of SKILLED Construction Workers / Laborer's for our Odessa, TX branch.
This role requires proven knowledge and experience in building construction, carpentry, and finish work.
Responsibilities for this task are as follows:
- Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment through best practices and procedures
- Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other officials
- Ensure jobs are completed in the allotted time frames Required Knowledge/Skills:
·MUST have driver's license and a good driving record
·Able to work with minimal supervision
· Framing, drywall,and any handyman needs
· Window/door installation ( light commercial)
· Floor covering knowledge
· Insulation experience
· Drywall installation and finishing
· Millwork (base/casing/crown moldings)
· Equipment operating (skid steer, telehandler, loader, and manlift)
