What are the responsibilities and job description for the TX Clean, Drift, Tally Leads and CDT Crew Members position at Pathfinder Inspections & Field Services, LLC?
Pathfinder is a Non-destructive Testing and Inspection company seeking applicants for Clean, Drift, Tally Leads and CDT Crew Members. This position is based out of Odessa, TX.
Leads must be self sufficient and be able to run crews.
Crew Members will be required to remove thread protectors, drift, tally, inspect pins, inspect box ends, doping, recapping, visual inspections
Experience with Clean, Drift, and Tally preferred.
Willing to train the right candidates.
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean 3 year history.
The position is labor intensive and requires extensive, repetitive lifting in excess of 50 lbs
Positions are available immediately upon hire. Competitive wages and benefits
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and will be subject to monthly random testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
