Position Overview
This is a leadership role responsible for developing and managing a scalable sales and marketing system focused on AI-based automation. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial insurance sales and marketing or proven experience in establishing revenue-generating systems.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Strategy:
β 4-5 years experience within a commercial insurance agency (sales/marketing preferred).
β OR proven experience in building automated lead generation & sales systems.
β Strong negotiation skills with underwriters & carriers.
β Experience leading or mentoring a team.
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Establish strong relationships with insurance carriers, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
