Key Responsibilities:
- Process Direct Bill Commission Downloads: Ensure commission transactions are processed smoothly.
- Invoice Manual Requests & Direct Bill Commission Statements: Assist in generating invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Retrieve & Distribute Carrier Reports: Help manage and distribute important reports to support daily operations.
- Client Interaction & Switchboard Management: Be the welcoming voice for our clients and direct inquiries to the right team members.
- Backup Administrative Support: Step in to support your colleagues when needed, ensuring seamless office operations.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma and at least three years of work experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, including an engaging phone presence.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with using various software tools.
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on invoicing tasks.
- Light lifting of up to 25 lbs. for occasional office duties.
