- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on presenting and negotiating with confidence.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the underwriting process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred.
