Duties
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Utilize property management software such as AppFolio or similar platforms for tracking leases and tenant information.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract potential tenants, including upselling features of the properties.
- Maintain organized files related to leasing agreements, tenant communications, and property management activities.
- Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with AppFolio software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and files.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Proficient in office procedures and legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements.
- A proactive approach to upselling property features and benefits during tenant interactions.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
