Pathfinder Recovery Services is seeking a dedicated and responsible Transportation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to various appointments and ensuring timely and professional service. You will play a key role in providing reliable transportation while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport clients to appointments, treatment admissions, and home after program completion.
- Maintain professional driving behavior and prioritize client safety.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
- Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and the public.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and routes, with flexibility for schedule changes.
- Track and submit accurate mileage logs and hours worked weekly.
- Report incidents and safety concerns immediately to the Lead Transportation Specialist.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Safety training/certifications (e.g., CPR) preferred.
- Reliable smartphone for communication and navigation.
- Strong communication skills, calm under pressure, and reliable.
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts as needed.
Pre-Hire Requirements:
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Verification of employment eligibility on the first day (specific documentation will be provided).
Compensation & Benefits:
- $14 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement
- Bi- Weekly submission of mileage logs for reimbursement.
