College Station Part-Time Women’s Outpatient Weekend House Manager
Location: In-Person
Pay: $125 per day

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend House Manager to oversee the women’s outpatient housing facility for individuals in drug and alcohol recovery. This live-in weekend role requires hands-on management to ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care
- Facilitate intake, admission, and orientation for new clients.
- Conduct observed drug tests and breathalyzer tests as needed.
- Perform property and facility searches regularly or as directed.
- Supervise client medications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor and report client behavior and progress to the treatment team.
- Provide accountability and structure while maintaining an empathetic approach.
- Document and report significant client actions (e.g., isolation, erratic behavior).
- Maintain professionalism and composure during client distress and follow up with proper documentation.
Facility Management
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the outpatient housing facility.
- Perform shopping and supply replenishment as directed.
- Ensure compliance with State of Texas (HHS) and Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards.
Transportation
- Provide safe, timely transportation for clients to appointments, groups, and recovery meetings (AA, NA, CA, CR).
Communication & Documentation
- Communicate effectively with house managers, clinical staff, and supervisors.
- Submit end-of-shift reports on client behavior to the clinical team.
Team Collaboration
- Attend staff meetings, client-centered conferences, and team discussions as requested.
Qualifications & Competencies
✅ GED or higher education required
✅ Valid driver’s license in good standing
✅ Safety training/certifications (CPR) preferred
✅ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate situations
✅ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
✅ Ability to maintain healthy boundaries and empathetic relationships with clients
