The Property Maintenance Technician III at Pathfinder Services is an entry-level position designed to build foundational skills in facility, property, and vehicle maintenance. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Technician is responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair work across all Pathfinder buildings and homes. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge for growth within the property and maintenance department.
Key responsibilities include completing maintenance requests as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring all tasks are executed with quality workmanship. The Technician is expected to be observant while on-site, reporting any necessary repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
The role also involves carrying a cell phone to respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance service needs when scheduled or as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolution of urgent issues. Additional duties include assisting in the maintenance of all company vehicles, maintaining professional and courteous interactions with people supported, employees, vendors, and contractors, and completing payroll timesheets and maintenance request documentation in a timely manner.
The Property Maintenance Technician III plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of all Pathfinder properties, contributing to a positive environment for everyone involved.

Requirements
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic verbal, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside people with disabilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, if needed.
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
- Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
- Must be able to travel to all properties and facilities to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
