What you will do, in greater detail:
- Support the development of accurate and thorough contracts, Scope of Work, and briefing documents in collaboration with internal agency team members.
- Support the development of agency outputs by producing necessary documentation, keeping agency systems updated, etc.
- Support the development of project plans for assigned projects and initiatives.
- Support account team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets and deadlines for creative campaigns and individual client projects.
- Support efforts to develop case studies/videos/articles that build understanding of agency’s capabilities with internal and external audiences. Overnight/weekend travel will be required for certain events revolving around content creation purposes.
- Maintain documentation that informs team on client tendencies/preferences/brand standards that are used by the agency team.
- Participate in the delivery of QBRs and other reports, plans, project updates, etc., either remotely or, when required, on-site at the PF Headquarters and/or client offices and other sites.
- Stay up to date on all relevant activity from competitors and peripheral categories. Attend company-approved conferences, and other professional development activities at least once a year. Overnight/weekend travel will be required for certain events.
- Coordinate the efforts to maintain documents, process, cadence, etc. to keep management and clients informed of account status (budgets, project timelines, etc.), KPIs, etc.
- Coordinate or participate in any phase of the project cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training and billing.
- Support preparation of all project and initiative billing per Scope of Works.
What we’d like to see in a strong candidate:
- B.Sc./B.A. required (Exceptions may be made if degree is obtained within the first 90 days of employment)
- Agency internship experience strongly preferred
- Developing client service skills, showcasing the potential ability to partner with clients and team members
- Developing knowledge of marketing and agency related technologies and trends
- Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude through all tasks – big and small
