We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking Customer service focused individuals who are looking to grow in a large corporation!
Responsibilities:
- Answering and making multiple calls using a multi-line phone system in timely manner.
- Communicating clearly via phone and email to all parties on the details of their transaction.
- Must be able to multitask within the operating system while on the phone, collecting the necessary information to proceed with the scheduling of the transaction.
- Employee will be responsible for securely sending documentation regarding the transaction to all parties.
- Will need to work closely with outside vendors and internal employees to effectively schedule appointment times and locations.
- Employee should be a problem solver and be able to quickly resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Participates in other duties as assigned.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and general computer us
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Details:
- Full Time, M-F 12pm-9pm
- Pay: $18-$20
Salary : $18 - $20
